Astronomy Talks
Astronomy for All talks will be returning in November for the 2023/24 season.
These talks are for people with a curiosity about the Universe, and don’t assume that you know much (or anything) about the topic before you arrive. They should be suitable for you if you’re between 12 and 200 years old and you want to hear our scientists and engineers as they talk about the science and technology of space.
Our Astronomy Talk series is running on Tuesday nights in November, December, January and March and will take place in the lecture theatre on site.
You can view previous talks by clicking the “WATCH AGAIN” button.
Winter Nights at ROE
Come and hear the story of Edinburgh’s Royal Observatory at our public astronomy evenings which will run on Tuesdays throughout February. Explore the Victorian telescope dome and learn about the science and engineering that happens today at the Royal Observatory Edinburgh. Suitable for all ages.
Tickets will go on sale at 12pm on Monday 4th December.
