Mission Briefing

Join us on Saturday 18th December to hear all about the James Webb Space Telescope
The James Webb Space Telescope is scheduled to launch later this month (Dec). UK scientists and engineers have played a key role in making Webb and will be among the first to make amazing discoveries with it. Travelling a million miles from Earth, Webb will show us our Universe in a whole new light, providing new views of space – and new space discoveries – for the next generation.
To celebrate this historic mission, the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and UK Space Agency has joined forces with YouTuber and science broadcaster Greg Foot to bring UK families a live interactive Mission Briefing. Kids aged 4-14 and their grown-ups can find out why and how Webb was made, discover fun at-home activities, ask questions of space experts and get ready for launch!
